Actividades 1. Group activity: in groups of three, describe the picture and tell the
story. 10 minutes. Make a list of useful vocabulary for retelling the
story. Be prepared to share
words with the class. 2. After creating a vocabulary list for the class,
students will collaborate in telling the story from the illustration. Use the
vocabulary and stay in the present tense. 3. On the board, copy story as students share. 4. Read the story created by the students. Does it describe the scene? The season? The characters?
What happens? How does
the story end? 5. Re-read the story and make corrections. Check grammar and vocabulary. 6. Change the tense of the story to the
preterit/imperfect. 7. Read a selection from the story – TBp.96,
write down new key vocabulary. 8. Do activities 1 and 2 TBp. 96, 97. Discuss in class 9. Read about the author, Camilo JosŽ Cela. 10. Scan the story, make a list of unknown vocabulary. 11. Read the story – APL pp. 99-103. Students will play the different
parts. 12. Discuss:
