
LCMR Students Participate in the Annual Vineland Art Show - Posted October 26th 2010
Art students from Lower Cape May Regional High School participated in the Annual Italian Heritage Juried Art Exhibition at the Vineland Public Library. The exhibit opened On October 1st and continued through October 23rd. An awards ceremony took place on Saturday, October 23rd from 12- 2 pm where over $2,500.00 was awarded to the winning entries. World recognized artist and art professor Dr. Burton Wasserman from Rowan University was the juror for the entries. There were over twenty South Jersey High Schools that participated in the exhibition. Lower Cape Regional Advanced art students took five prestigious awards. Allyson Cook, Lindsey Frech, Shannah Rose, Sarah Warner, and Claire Eisenmann all received recognition for their art.
